Review #21 - Vermouth Part 2

Tasting through some amazing new vermouths in BC, mainly dry styles. Over 10 different vermouths rolling locally now, amazing. This week we try the Central City Terra Vermouth, the new Beaufort Dry, Marrow Dry and the Esquimalt Dry and Rosso. Great line up and really changing the game.

A weird little eclectic one for you all this week examining honey spirits and rum, unaged, aged and spiced. Showcasing DeVine Spirits Honey Shine white, aged and Black Bear Spiced; Wayward Distillation House Drunken Hive, Merridale Spirits Rhumb and Spiced Rhumb and finally Victoria Distillers Spiced Rum.

Review #18 - Tea Infusions and Liqueurs

We are well known for tea culture in the province, so I tackled some amazing tea infusions. Mostly from Taynton Bay Spirits with their Matcha Infusion, Tumeric Infusion, Strawberry herbal Infusion and their Blueberry Rooisboos infusion; all amazing. Plus the little known Spirit of Tea brand which includes a Earl grey tea infused gin and a Vanilla Rooiboos Liqueur.

Had a great visit to the Okanagan this week, picked up some great products including Alchemist Distillers Apple Nectar, Maple Leaf Spirits Pear Liqueur, Okanagan Spirits Rhubarb and their Seabuckthorn Liqueur.
