Dill or No Dill
1 1/2 oz (45 mL) Okanagan Spirits Gin
½ oz (15 mL) Okanagan Spirits Aquavitus
1 oz (30 mL) Lime Juice
¾ oz (22.5 mL) Vanilla and Rosemary Syrup
1 Dill Sprig
Glass - Large cocktail glass
Method - Shake all ingredients with ice and double strain
Garnish - a sprig of dill.
Vanilla and Rosemary Syrup*
1 cup Water
1 cup Sugar
1 Vanilla Bean
4 Rosemary Sprigs
Bring all ingredients to boil and remove off heat immediately. Allow to cool and steep for a couple of hours.
Strain before use.
