DISTILLERY NOTES
Our first Gin and Tonic was an instant classic. Since that's now in our vaults, we've brought it back with new ingredients that make it another crowd-pleaser. Rose, check. Pistachio, you got it. The result? Smooth and silky cocktail to help ring in the warmer weather.
BC SPIRITS NOTES
I know it’s a packaged cocktail, but the team at Provincial Spirits partner with local purveyors like Rootside Provisions for their tonic syrup. As a cocktail bartender, I appreciate a well thought out, crafted packaged cocktail in a can or bottle, why you ask? Because on Sunday afternoon, on the back deck with my family, I don’t want to work. This is a great jacked up G&T for your camping trips, deck weekends, or beach Sundays.
Alcohol - 6.9% / 13.8 proof
Color - Light lemon yellow
Nose - Woody juniper, bright tonic with hints of rose petal
Taste - Jacked up G&T, the gin and tonic is predominant with the elevation of rose and the odd but amazing addition of pistachio.
Finish - Fresh, tonic twang in the background with pistachio and rose in the finish
Best Enjoyed - On the back deck with your feet up
