BC SPIRITS NOTES

One of the first gins made in BC, the classic Victoria Gin. Classic London dry style, citrus and hints of piney juniper forward and a big creamy mouthfeel. Just a classic sub for your macro international brands.

Alcohol - 42.5% / 85 proof

Color - Clear

Nose - Classic bright citrus and juniper

Taste - Complex but approachable, strong juniper structure, bright citrus and underlying botanicals.

Finish - Juniper forward with a hint of citrus
