BC SPIRITS NOTES
Coming to the end of tasting through the Montis Distilling line up. The North Vodka is a very soft and fruity on the nose, I can see where the Alpenglow Gin gets that aroma. On the palate, soft, supple almost fruity with a clean and full finish.
Alcohol - 40% / 80 Proof
Color - Clear
Nose - Fruity on the nose, almost hints of vanilla
Taste - Fruity, subtle vanilla, hints of classic grains, big mouthfeel, minimal burn
Finish - Fruitiness continues and the grain moves forward
Best Enjoyed - Ice cold neat
