I know I said I was going back to basics yesterday but this has been on my desk and I needed to try it. Arbutus Distillery is already famous for their Baba Yaga Absinthe, and their barrel aged just takes in up a notch. Rich anise, root beer and licorice is balanced with the spicy and smoke of the barrel. Must have.
