Got sent an amazing package from Monashee Spirits and will be cracking into those in the coming weeks. Today though, their limited release Rhubarb Strawberry Gin; amazing aromatics of fresh rhubarb and sweet strawberry flowing through to glorious floral backbone of gin and distinct notes of strawberry and rhubarb. Amazing flavored gin.
Alcohol - 43% / 86 Proof
Color - Light pink
Nose - Fresh cut rhubarb, sweet strawberries and hints of the aromatic gin underlying the nose
Taste - Floral and aromatic gin with pomelo peel, bright juniper then flowing into fresh cut rhubarb and strawberry. Gin and flavors complimenting each other
Finish - Long rhubarb and floral gin notes
