BC SPIRITS NOTES

A sold out, impossible to get, one of a kind in Canada, Monashee Spirits 100% Triticale Whisky. Completely unique grain selection, one that has never been done before so it’s hard to compare. A cross between wheat and rye, soft spice with sweet wheat along with a balanced vanilla and oak backbone.

Alcohol - 45% / 90 Proof

Color - Deep burnt copper

Nose - Spicy rye notes with underlying wheat whisky notes of dusty grains and stone fruit

Taste - High notes of spicy rye, hints of coffee, stone fruit and dusty wheat notes with hints of vanilla and subtle oak

Finish - Complex finish, high notes of grains and long linger coffee, chocolates and dry stonefruit
