BC SPIRITS NOTES
Now I don’t know much about Montis Distilling Alpenglow Gin but boy is it unique. Fruity sweetness and candied citrus on the nose which follows through on the palate. Rich and supple with a fruity sweetness that I can’t put my finger on, complex botanical undertones and long lingering flavors.
Alcohol - 45% / 90 Proof
Color - Clear
Nose - Candied citrus and piney juniper
Taste - Fruity sweet notes, hints of piney juniper, almost vanilla softness to the whole palate
Finish - Long candied citrus and juniper
Best Enjoyed - Gin Martini with Beaufort Vermouth
