Locally sourced Juniper, coriander, huckleberries, spruce tips and wildflowers form the foundation of our Ethos Gin. Blended with 11 other botanicals to create a spirit whose spirit represents the wild alpine that surrounds our beautiful mountain town. Ethos Gin truly is the Spirit of Revelstoke.
BC SPIRITS NOTES
Multiple award winning gin from Monashee Spirits that I have never had the pleasure of tasting on the show. I would class this as a cross between a New Western style with a definite alpine influence. The juniper gives both classic notes as well as piney high notes, hints of pomelo skin, complex spices and floral overtones.
Alcohol - 43% / 86 Proof
Color - Clear
Nose - High grapefruit citrus on the nose, hints of piney juniper, floral and aromatic botanicals like coriander
Taste - Floral, citrus forward, the juniper is two fold, classic punchy and high piney notes. This really encapsulates the terroir of Revelstoke.
Finish - Long citrus and floral overtones
