While Tofino Distillery doesn’t have social media, that doesn’t stop them from having amazing spirits. Their jalapeño vodka is aromatic pepper on the nose and then rich, slightly spicy with that aromatic jalapeño bush; green and flavorful. Use your Flavor Bible to match up some fun combos.
Alcohol - 40% / 80 Proof
Color - Light green to clear
Nose - Strong green pepper / capsicum on the nose
Taste - Begins with clean spirit base, then real pepper flavour and then finishes with the spice. Beautiful balance between aromatic pepper and spice heat.
Finish - Spice lingers but not extremely, finishes with aromatic pepper
Best Enjoyed - Would love to see this paired with some sweet ginger and pineapple juice
