True to its name, the flavour profile of this bold yet intricate spirit is led by freshly cracked pepper, followed closely by notes of citrus, coriander and traditional juniper. BC SPIRITS NOTES

Wiseacre Farm Distillery has really surprised me this last week, all their product are outstanding. The base spirit is fruity and complex and then addition of foraged botanicals just add to the mix. The Pink Peppercorn Gin takes the complexity of the R&D gins and adds that pop of peppercorns, aromatic pink pepper on the nose leads through to fragrant spice and fresh cracked black pepper. This is for the culinary tones of cocktails for sure.

Color - Clear

Nose - Fruity base spirit is balanced by fresh peppercorns, hints of juniper and botanicals

Taste - The fruitiness is the back bone to the sweet spiciness of the peppercorns, the earthy gin botanicals and the long spiced black pepper notes

Finish - Hints of fruity sweetness balanced with dry cracked black pepper
