DISTILLERY NOTES

Organic potato spirit infused with locally grown and wild foraged botanicals

BC SPIRITS NOTES

I love Pemberton Distillery, the podcast with Tyler Schramm was insightful and fun and we really chatted about the terroir of the region. Their absinthe which is one of their longest standing products leans into the region a lot. Complex, earthy herbal notes lends itself to the sweet fennel and anise notes, very unique absinthe for the BC market.

Alcohol - 60% / 120 proof

Color - Bright green

Nose - Sweet fennel and anise notes, hints of earthy herbs

Taste - The sweet fennel and anise are balanced with drying, complex and fragrant herbs and botanicals

Finish - Drying herbal notes with hints of anise

Best Enjoyed - Classic absinthe preparation
