I am exploring more and more of G&W whiskies lately and I love their approachibility is really changing the whisky realm in BC. I truly believe these whiskies are bridging the gap between macro and craft in the province. Bright spice on the nose with deeper toffees and butterscotch that flow onto the palate with the balanced caramels in the background with bright, sharp spice and finishing long and spiced vanilla.

Alcohol - 40% / 80 proof

Color - Medium copper with bright orange

Nose - Butterscotch and toffee with a distinct spiced rye high notes

Taste - A balanced nuances butterscotch and toffee, reminiscent of classic Canadian with a big punch up of nouveau spice

Finish - Toffee and butterscotch and long spiced vanilla
