This will only be available at the distillery, no shipping or online sales so, it's very cool. This is a definite must have, their rye whisky finished in peated whisky barrels has a gorgeous bright and complex rye tone with a balanced campfire smoke that pops on the nose and palate.

Alcohol - 61.1% / 122.2 proof

Color - Dark burnt copper

Nose - Hints of complex rye spice with a noticeable and elegant campfire smoke profile balanced with the spice

Taste - This is so balanced, the smoke could easily take over but the rye stands it’s ground. Aromatic smoke flows through the rye spice, stonefruit and dried red fruit perfectly

Finish - Rye on the front palate with smoke lingering in the back for ages
