DISTILLERY NOTES
A liqueur made by infusing our Aquasen vodka with local blackcurrants. It features a sweet, yet tart, berry flavour, and a hint of spice.
BC SPIRITS NOTES
I’m starting to think that BC has some of the best cassis in the world. This example from Bruinwood Distillery is another great one. One the nose, fresh black currants that flow to rich fruit from deep, stewed berries to tart and acidic high notes. Another amazing one for your Kir royales.
Alcohol - 25% / 50 proof

Nose - Fresh blackcurrants, rich and juicy but also with a green hint
Taste - Complex rich, deep stewed blackcurrants and bright, tart and acidic high notes and everything in between
