BC Spirits "Spirits a Day" #257 - Marrow Vermouth Bianco

DISTILLERY NOTES

The botanicals used to make this were chamomile, sweet cicely, orris root, linden blossom, pineapple weed and dried lemon peel. They were macerated in a multi vintage blend of Pinot Gris and apple distillate for 2 months. After blending, it was aged in neutral oak barrel over the 2019-2020 winter and sweetened with organic sugar in the spring.

BC SPIRITS NOTES

I love Shawn from Marrow Vermouth, creating fantastic drinking vermouths. This Bianco is just that, only 150 bottles created; Pinot Gris and apple distillate base infused and aged with terroir driven botanicals. Gorgeous aromatics, amazing bright palate with just a hint of fruity sweetness; drink on the rocks with a slice of lemon
