DISTILLERY NOTES
A west coast inspired gin, distilled with copious amount of juniper , coriander, locally grown hops, lavender , rosemary and lemon verbena steeped in butterfly pea flower, making for a brilliantly blue gin that transforms colour with citrus or tonic.
BC SPIRITS NOTES
Arbutus Distillery has been getting a lot of attention lately, but it seems I thought they had got all the attention over the last almost 300 episodes but in fact, they haven't gotten enough. It is their classic Empiric, tasted last week infused with Butterfly Peas Flower, the magic color that changes with acid. The beautiful complex and herbal notes of the Empiric have the addition to the musty floral notes from the flower. Gorgeous standalone style.
Alcohol - 40% / 80 proof

Taste - Spring herb garden with bursts of lemon verbena, hints of juniper and musty floral notes from the pea flower
