BC SPIRITS NOTES

Another fantastic release from Stillhead Distillery, a perfect summer sipper. The same base as the Wild Blackberry Gin with the infusion of local blueberries from Duncan. On the nose, that spicy ginger and citrus bite with balanced bright juniper is then complimented perfectly with the blueberry sweetness. At 40%, be careful not to just pour this on the rocks and drink neat, deadly.

Alcohol - 40% / 80 proof

Color - Light blueberry

Nose - Bright juniper, ginger and citrus on the nose with hints of the berry

Taste - Gin first with the blueberry creeping in and balancing out the complexity of the gin. Very approachable and deadly easy drinking

Finish - Blueberry for days backed by tasty gin
