DISTILLERY NOTES
Coffee, chocolate, hazelnut, cream and the slightest hint of sweetness. Need we say more? Nope.
Made from British Columbian wheat, malted barley, honey, eggs, cream, coffee, chocolate, hazelnuts and sugar.
BC SPIRITS NOTES
Cream liqueurs have always been an Achilles heel for me and this one really takes it home. Mocha cream from Bruinwood Distillery is nothing short of epic. Obviously creamy, balanced coffee and chocolate and long, not overly sweet finish. Drizzle this over your ice cream and you will be set.
Alcohol - 25% / 50 proof
Color - Mocha Cream
Nose - Like a coffee shop, a mix of coffee, chocolate and biscuit
Taste - Palate coating, rich coffee and chocolate. Really nice coffee profile with the hazelnut and chocolate in supporting roles
Finish - Balanced sweetness with coffee going for ages
Best Enjoyed - On the rocks
