A very popular cocktail at Clive's Classic Lounge right now. I wanted to create a simple and tasty cocktail that would be "Sessionable" and here it is.
I LIVE IN VIC WEST
1 1/2 oz (45mL) Stillhead Distillery Blackberry Gin
1 oz (30mL) Esquimalt Wine Co. Kina Rouge
1/4 oz (7.5mL) simple syrup
3/4 oz (22.5mL) lemon juice
2 dashes of Bittered Sling Kensington Bitters
Glass - Old Fashioned Rocks
Method - Shake and strain over fresh ice
Garnish - lemon slices
