Episode #17 - Josh McLafferty from Monashee Spirits

I have seen and chatted to Josh at trade tastings etc. but never got to the crux of his passion and I am really glad I did. This is a really deep dive, figuratively speaking into his background into his passion and WHY; which is so important in this game. Great hyperlocal distillery, amazing cocktail bar and a defined direction on how they do everything.
